Exch@nge Camp Budrio 2016!!!

We're now enjoying Summer 2016 and
we're over our 3rd Exch@nge Camp in Budrio!

We feel so overwhelmed by the incredible ways in which the Lord has blessed this Camp. We had a total of 42 local kids who enrolled to the Camp, including 3 from a local Safe-Home for teens and
4 from families followed by the Social Services!

On Sunday we had 100+ people who came for the Service,
70 of whom were campers and their families!!!

We are always very encouraged by the passion of the US team from Bethel of Houston Church & the UK team from The Crowded House in Loughborough!

This year 4 local traders helped us in sponsoring the Camp for a kid from the Safe-Home or the Social Services. We value so much this response from the community and the relationships we're building!!!

Prayer meeting!

Tomorrow evening we'll have our monthly prayer meeting!
This month we'll pray specifically for the Gospel seeds sown during the Exch@nge Camp in Budrio.
We'll pray for the 42 local kids who came, for the 100+ friends and relatives who joined us for the Sunday service, and for the various people we engaged with in many ways last week!

We'll pray also for the Exch@nge Camp Bologna Ovest run last week and for the Exch@nge Camp Bologna Est which is happening this week!

John 14:15-27 and we had many opportunities to share with parents Jesus' great love!

Colin and Rae explained
how during sports we lived out
in many practical ways the

Exch@nge Camp - Day 6 - Serving & Celebrating

This morning we had our traditional Service Project in the community.
Italian & American Kids worked very hard together to paint the chancing rooms of Budrio Middle School gym!
It was a great experience to see them
serving together and keep building up
good friendships!
The mayor and vice-mayor came to thank us for our work and educational presence in the community!

In the evening we'll have a traditional Tex-Mex Dinner with fajitas and BBQ
from Texas.

It will be a great opportunity to spend
time with parents and friends!!

Exch@nge Camp - Day 5 - Let's Ch@nge

Final day at the Exch@nge Camp 2016 in Budrio.

Yesterday we had our fourth Talk from John 3:16.
Justin lead this time explaining that when we try to search for our own liberty, we end up enslaving ourselves to our emotions. Liberation is once for all and is something that we experience and need to remember each day. “If the son sets you free,
you are free indeed!”

The American kids in every group answered to this question: What does it mean for you to be truly free?

We really enjoyed playing Rugby with Colin and Texan Line Dancing with the Houston Team!
