We'll meet at Budrio Central Station and then we'll move to Piazza Filopanti, where we'll start a Prayer Walk through the streets of Budrio!
As a church family, we'll stop at key points in our town to intercede and pray for the Lord's work in our community!

Every Sunday in July and August, we'll interact with the Good Book Company book Galatians: Gospel Matters, by Tim Keller.
Which gospel are you relying on?
In Galatia in AD 50, the church faced a choice between two “gospels” - two ways of living, of thinking, of viewing how to be right with God. On the one side were the teachers who told these young Christians that
their performance mattered. Of course they needed to trust Christ and his death; and then, if they wanted truly to be acceptable to God, they needed to get circumcised and get on with keeping God’s laws. Their efforts were what counted. On the other side was Paul, the church-planting missionary who had founded the Galatian church a few years before. He said they were “foolish” and “bewitched” (3:1). He claimed the gospel they were turning to was actually “no gospel at all” (1:7). And he told them that the only performance that mattered was Christ’s: his life, death, and resurrection. Faith in him, Paul argued, was all that anyone needed to be truly acceptable to God. Their efforts counted for nothing - and relying on them would bring them under God’s “curse” (3:10). Which “gospel” they followed mattered. The choice between the gospel of Christ-alone and the false gospel of Christ-plus is still one which Christians face today. Christ-plus may not look the same in our cultures as it did in Galatia. But it’s still an attractive message, a flattering view, and a subtle reversal of the true gospel… and so it’s still deadly. As Paul wrote to the Galatian church, he knew that to lose your grip on the true gospel is to desert and lose Christ himself, and to lose the salvation and blessing and freedom he gives. The gospel matters. Paul knew that everything was at stake. It still is. In these seven meetings on the book of Galatians, Paul will present us with a gospel that is wonderful, liberating, and true. He’ll show us that our problems in the Christian life come when we lose or forget or fail to live by this gospel. And he will ask us repeatedly: which gospel are you relying on?
This celebration, started in memory of the pasta meal offered by the Cervi family on 25 July 1943 before their martyrdom at the end of the fascist regime in Italy, continues to affirm the founding values of our country: freedom, peace, brotherhood, democracy.
The story of the Cervi brothers reminds us that freedom always comes at a price, and this leads us to the great story of biblical redemption, which teaches us that Christ is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, and who paid the price for our greatest freedom once and for all: "If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free... So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." John 8:31-32,36

our series of Mid-Week Bible Studies in which we'll keep interacting
with what we're learning through the preaching in our Sunday services.
We'll meet at Caffé Filopanti, in Budrio, where we'll engage together with Psalms 29 to 31.
Tomorrow we'll have a celebration for the families of the kids participating at the 11th English Summer Camp Exchange 2025 in Budrio.
Nino, from our Church la Piazza in Budrio, will preach from the Gospel of Luke 19:10 “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost”!
We are so thankful to the Lord for the faithful partnership with Bethel of Houston Church and Youth for Christ Italy, which enabled us to serve in the Gospel the families of our community.
After the service, we'll have our traditional final picnic in the park behind the Sport Hall!

where, while enjoying a breakfast with capuccino & croissants,
we'll engage with God's Word discovering the beauty of theology in our
everyday life!
Together we'll interact with the module: Union with Christ, starting Unit 6. Union With Christ And One Another.

Once a month, we meet as a church family in 3 Home Family Groups, 2 in Budrio and 1 in Molinella.
We'll dine together sharing the many good foods brought by everyone and we'll celebrate the Lord's Supper, with a missional family prayer time involving little ones and grown ups together.

As well as being the author of several books, John has written for Crosslands a module on Rural Ministry, which has been presented for the first time in Italian at yesterday's conference in Budrio, and published in the Percorsi series by Serenissima Ministries.
John will preach on: Weakness our Strength from 1Corinthians 1:18-29.

We will have with us John & Flick Hindley, who will speak on the topic of church planting in the urban a and rural contexts.
John is pastor of BroadGrace church in rural Norfolk, England with Acts 29. He is part of the leadership team of the Rural Project in the UK.
