MySpace Club 4 Teens - Forgive & Forget!

 

Tomorrow afternoon we'll have our
My Space Club 4 Teens
for this school year.

We organize this club for local kids,
in partnership with Budrio Town Hall
as part of their after-school programme.

In this way, we've been given a room in Budrio's Library and social workers are sending some of the kids they follow. 

As part of our club, we also offer help
with their English home-works.

 

 

 

 

Together we'll engage with the YfC Rock Solid material, interacting with the theme: Forgive & Forget!

We'll play lots of fun games like: Tag With A Twist, Highly Strung, Topple The Tower, Forgive And Forget?, Forgiveness Is Freeing, Rocky Run, Shiny And New, Good As New, which will serve as illustrations to Stefano's Talk from Matthew 6:5-15. It’s really good to know that because of the cross of the Son, the Father forgives our sins, but we are not always ready to forgive others when they sin against us! That’s why Jesus explains this part of the Lord's Prayer by telling us: “For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” Matthew 6:14-15 When we live in the forgiveness of the Father, then we learn to live the forgiveness of the Son towards others!
