Sunday Service: Pastoral Epistles - 2Timothy 1:13-18

Tomorrow we'll have our morning service to worship God together and to proclaim His Word in Budrio.

 

 

 

 

 

We are glad for the Lord's provision of the meeting room at the social center Magnolia, a well known cultural meeting point right at the centre of Budrio.

At 10.30 we'll start our service with our series on the Pastoral Epistles. With Matteo we'll engage with 2 Timothy 1:13-18 - Guard the Good Deposit! 

To guard the Good Deposit of the Gospel is both to defend it and to share it, and we must not think that we have to do this in our own strength, but only by the Holy Spirit dwelling within us, because, as John Stott wrote: "in entrusting the deposit to our hands, God has not taken his own hands off it. He is himself its final guardian, and he will preserve the truth which he has committed to the church"!

We'll have a children's talk where kids will engage with the same Bible passage.
