Sunday Service: Pastoral Epistles - 2Timothy 2:20-21

Tomorrow we'll have our morning service to worship God together and to proclaim His Word in Budrio.

 

 

 

 

 

We are glad for the Lord's provision of the meeting room at the social center Magnolia, a well known cultural meeting point right at the centre of Budrio.

At 10.30 we'll start our service with our series on the Pastoral Epistles. With Stefano we'll engage with 2 Timothy 2:20-21 - Pure, honourable, sanctified, useful for the master's service!

The ultimate purpose of our purification and sanctification, is that of lovingly serving Christ, and His church, in His mission: this is the revolution of the Servant-King!

"...You know that those who are considered rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. But it shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Mark 10:42-45

We'll have a children's talk where kids will engage with the same Bible passage.
