Conference on Politics
Tomorrow Stefano will speak at the
Italian Evangelical Bible Institute in Rome
at a seminar on: "The believer and politics. Opportunities, risks and
a biblical proposal".
It is a great opportunity to engage with students, teachers, pastors and visitors on this "hot topic",
to evaluate from in the light of God's Word how
God’s perspective on politics is joyful “good news,” just as the rest of the Bible is good news for all areas of life!

Uncover John 4 older teens - A sign of what’s coming
Tomorrow afternoon we'll restart with Uncover Club, a programme 4 older teens in partnership with YfC Italia and two other churches in the Bologna area,
to engage with John's Gospel!Uncover - See for Yourself!, is an interactive Bible Study for Young Adults created by UCCF to engage with John's Gospel. Jesus asks a lot of questions. He provokes questions in others.
Will he help us to make sense of some of life’s big questions as we see for ourselves?
With Chris, we'll ask ourselves how much do we know about the most famous person in world history? Together we'll begin to carefully explore an eyewitness biography of Jesus of Nazareth, starting from John 20: 30–31.
Then we'll engage with John 2: 1–11 asking ourselves: Why does John tell us a story about Jesus solving a catering mishap? If this is what Jesus can do for a party, what could he do for a whole life?
Sunday Service: Exodus 22:18 – 23:19

And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:5-11

Budrio Preaching Class

Together we'll engage with Exodus 22:18 – 23:19 since Nino will preach from this passage in January!
In this sessions we'll also interact with Stuart Olyott's book Preaching pure and simple.
In his book, Olyott insists that a sermon should be rooted in
accurate exegesis, characterized by doctrinal substance,
Christ–centredness and supernatural authority, as well as being clear, direct, vivid, helpful and moving.
