My Space Budrio - Club for teens

Tomorrow afternoon we'll have our My Space Budrio club to reach out local teens.

Justin, Carli and Jenny will interact with the YfC Rock Solid material engaging kids with the theme: Bullied or Bully?

Together we'll look at the issue of bullying and its effects.

We'll play different games to illustrate the point of
how it's not nice when we are excluded or unfairly treated,
so we too shouldn't be in involved in treating badly others.
Small actions or throw-away comments can affect people
in ways we never expected. Sometimes people can feel bullied
just because we leave them out of our group of friends.
Let’s be aware of how the things we say and do can affect others.
Let’s try to make everyone feel included.

We'll watch a clip from Jonny English to see in a funny way how we can deal with bullies:

When we'll look at Jesus' life we can see that he loved those who bullied and killed him because of who he was and what he said.

"For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.
