Sunday Service: Visiting Preacher - Giuliano Santangelo

 

Tomorrow we'll have our morning service to worship God together and to proclaim His Word in Budrio.

 

 

 

 

 

We are glad to enjoy in person services at the Auditorium, a former church building reconverted to be a cultural meeting point right at the centre of Budrio.

At 10.30 we'll start our service and Giuliano Santangelo, pastor of Nuova Vita Church in Bologna will preach about "Secure your joy" - Philippians 3:1-11. Together we'll see the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus, to receive in Him: "the righteousness from God that depends on faith- that we may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, that by any means possible we may attain the resurrection from the dead."

We'll have a children's talk where kids will engage with the same Bible passage. 

Stefano will lead the Lord's Supper from Philippians 2:5-11 "Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. "
